EarthLink Receives Its Third Generator
EarthLink is proud to announce that we recently took delivery of our third generator. This thing is huge – the new Caterpillar Diesel generator produces one megawatt of power! That is enough to power approximately 1,000 homes! The new generator brings our total power backup to 1.6 MegaWatts:

1 – 1 MegaWatt Caterpillar Diesel
1 – 500 KiloWatt SDMO Diesel
1 – 100 KiloWatt Natural Gas
2600 – Gallons of Diesel fuel onsite at all times
2 – Diesel fuel suppliers on contract for when needed

Now Offering Colocation Cages and Suites
EarthLink Enterprise Class Data Center now offers colocation cages from 1,000 to 3,000 square feet. Also 3,000+ square foot cages and colocation suites are also available built to suit.

Each one of these platforms offers competitive advantages as well as different pricing models. For example, running Microsoft Hyper-V allows you to run unlimited Windows Operating Systems under a single license which would lower the license cost for your organization. But if you are a Linux based organization, this may not be the best candidate for you.
