While we always offer 24/7/365 emergency support for outages and critical problems, we recently expanded our normal phone support hours. EarthLink premium phone support is now available between 5am and 9pm Monday through Friday. Colocation customers do not need to call or schedule any visits or maintenance during these expanded hours.
