NeverBounce is a Backup E-mail Spooling Service that Guarantees you e-mail messages will never bounce. When you mail server is unreachable due to failure, Maintenence or Internet Connection Issues, your mail is saved at NeverBounce. When you e-mail server is back online, our Mail Spooling Server will deliever your e-mail to your server.
NeverBounce prevents important and Business e-mails from bouncing back to the sender. When you mail server is unreachable, you mail will then go to the NeverBounce Spooling Server for as long as you mail server is unreachable. NeverBounce will try to deliver the spooled mail every 10 minutes until your mail server is back online.
What does this mean for you the mail administrator? Never getting a bounced e-mail again. If you are in the middle of an Exchange 2010 or e-mail server upgrade, enable the NeverBouce Mail Spooling to ensure you don’t loose any e-mail messages.
