CANCELING SERVICES

All requests to cancel any services with EarthLink must be directed through our Service Cancellation in our Customer Portal.  Per our terms and conditions, this is the only acceptable way of submitting cancellation requests. Calling or emailing are not valid methods and the response to those will be a request to visit the above form and submit your request there.
